Before confirming and sending the purchase order, you must read these Terms & Conditions carefully.
Availability
In the event of temporary unavailability of the Products you ordered, we (Best Slovakia Tours – Travel Agency) will inform you within 1-2 working days by email or by phone call. If the Product(s) will not be available, we will refund you the entire amount within 1-2 working days.
Order confirmation and acceptance
The order confirmation you will receive via email. It is considered as a proof of your acceptance of the provisions of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once the Order form has been submitted, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Order procedure
To purchase a product, you need to select a desired decor (ceramic), color and size (t-shirts) and quantity. The product(s) selected for purchase will be added to Your shopping cart. The sales procedure will be considered concluded only when You submit the purchase order (Place order).
Prices and Payment
Prices of the products available for sale on the Site are in Euro currency. While we will make all the possible efforts to ensure that all prices displayed on the Site are accurate and up-to-date, we may not exclude that errors may occur.
The amount that appears at the end of the purchase procedure, before the order is confirmed, also includes shipping costs.
The following payment methods are available: Stripe and PayPal where you can pay by debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Delivery
All purchases will be delivered by a selected courier service (UPS express, Fedex, DHL or Slovak Post), between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and local or national holidays.
In any case, Best Slovakia Tours – Travel agency will not be responsible for delays that are unforeseeable.
