Shipping Policy

1, What are the shipping costs?
Once you have filled up the billing details, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.

2, Will I receive a notification once my order is dispatched?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as your package leaves Slovakia. Such e-mail will contain a tracking number based on which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online.

3, Which countries do we service?
Currently, the USA and Canada.

4, Can an order be shipped to a PO BOX?
No, we can only deliver orders to a physical street address.

5, Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 am – 8 pm.
